Freeze, Cancellation and Refunds

Occasionally, a member may have a medical or special circumstance that would require a membership/program to be frozen or cancelled. Please submit your request in writing with supporting documentation by completing a Membership Update Form located in Quick Downloads on the left side of this page. Please consider a membership freeze and/or program Y voucher.
