NEW YEARS RESOLUTION WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
This eight week program will help you shed pounds during the new year.
Our program is designed to assist you every step of the way: we educate you about nutrition and exercise, we push you to reach your goal weight and support you with weekly meetings.
Your Challenge Includes:
- initial assessment (including BMI)
- weekly weigh-in and support meeting
- final assessment
Meeting Held:
- Tuesday 11 am or 7 pm
- Sundays 1 pm
Prizes will be award to top three members with highest percentage of body weight lost.
