YMCA Camps and Hurricane Irene (August 2011)

Our camps located in Bear Mountain New York (Harriman State Park) sustained very minor damage which is great for the Y but unfortunately the park itself is still recovering. The park is closed as well as RT 106. We currently still do not have electricity at camp and no notice of when it will be turned back on.  Labor Day Family Weekend at camp has therefore been cancelled. We look forward to seeing everyone next year!
